On May 9th, Gao Zhixiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Medical University, and his delegation visited the Lecheng Pilot Zone to have discussions and exchanges with the Lecheng Management Bureau on deepening talent cooperation and establishing a school local cooperation mechanism.


Lv Xiaolei, member of the Party Committee and Executive Deputy Director of Lecheng Management Bureau, welcomed the arrival of Inner Mongolia Medical University and his delegation. Lv Xiaolei said that Lecheng Pilot Zone is the only "medical special zone" in China. Currently, 25 medical institutions have been put into operation, and the development of Lecheng Pilot Zone cannot do without talents. We welcome and thank Inner Mongolia Medical University very much for importing talents into Lecheng Pilot Zone. In the future, both sides can further deepen school local cooperation guided by "talent cultivation" and combined with the needs of enterprise talents and student employment. At the same time, cooperation can also be carried out in establishing research centers, key laboratories, and other areas.


Gao Zhixiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Medical University, stated that Inner Mongolia Medical University is one of the earliest higher medical colleges established in ethnic regions in New China, with a focus on medicine, integrating science, management, engineering, literature, and law. Inner Mongolia, as the north gate of China, and Hainan, as the south gate of China, is a positive exploration for cooperation in the medical and talent fields. Through cooperation with the Lecheng Pilot Zone, students from Inner Mongolia Medical University can come to Hainan for employment, which not only solves the problem of local talent employment, but also inputs talents for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, achieving mutual benefit and win-win situation.

At the meeting, the Lecheng Management Bureau signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Inner Mongolia Medical University on "campus local cooperation" and held the unveiling ceremony of the "Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone and Inner Mongolia Medical University Lecheng Pilot Zone Campus Local Talent Training Base".


In order to establish a normalized talent cultivation mechanism, Lecheng Management Bureau fully leverages the advantages of medical park resources and strengthens talent cooperation with universities outside the province. In March 2023, Lecheng Management Bureau led park enterprises to Inner Mongolia Medical University for recruitment, and achieved good results. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement and the unveiling of the base mark the further deepening of cooperation between the two sides, which will better serve the demand of enterprises in the park for Mongolian medicine and Mongolian medicine talents, and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine industries in the Lecheng Pilot Zone. In the future, both sides will explore more possibilities for cooperation in fields such as talent, scientific research, and medicine.
